Cerebra Wills and Trust voucher scheme 

Cerebra run a Wills and Trust voucher scheme, the voucher is worth up to £350 towards the cost of a solicitor or professional will writing service to prepare a will or discretionary trust to make provision for the future of your child.  

To apply for this scheme your child must have a brain related condition, be under the age of 16 and be receiving the middle or high rate component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA).

Along with the application form you must include: 

A copy or your child’s DLA award and a copy of a letter from a professional that confirms your child’s condition.
