Over the past two years, I have worked as a Participation worker alongside the bury team to further develop the Parent forum in Bury.

I am passionate about equality and the need for inclusive ways of supporting anyone who needs additional support. I truly believe that a bottom up approach to change lead by families is the best way to make real change that will build stronger communities & be long term and sustainable.

I work nationally with many other key people and organisations in the children's/adults world to push the personalisation agenda forward, to bring about positive and radical changes, enabling Adults, Children and their families to be truly In control.
